In this basic recipe I turn ground meat into a delicious melt in your mouth burger! In the image below you can see I dressed it up with a spicy huckleberry sauce and seasoned goat cheese. Take this basic recipe and dress it up any way you like, get creative!

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Servings: 6


2 lbs ground meat

4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

2 eggs

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp seasoning salt (I use Alpine Touch)

1/2 tsp ground pepper


-In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients thoroughly

-Preheat grill to medium-high heat

-Form mixture into 1/3 lb patties

-Place on pre-heated grill

-Flip after approximately 5 minutes

-Grill until cooked to desired wellness

-Dress to your liking!

Note: Pairs well with homemade roasted taters
