Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

This quick, easy classic comfort dish is weeknight wonder. Ready in 30 minutes it pairs well with sides you always have on hand like egg noodles, rice or mashed potatoes. Green beans or peas for a veggie. And no worries, you don’t need a gravy packet, the homemade stuff is easier than you think! Although there are many versions of this recipe I make it just like momma did :) Enjoy!
